There must be a question when people buying the ceramic dinnerware,why the products with almost the same looks are far different in prices.You must be concerned about the cheap porcelain dinnerware when buying them.The poor quality ceramic tableware may do some harm to human body.
Most of the reasons for ceramic dinnerware causing different performance in security is about the decoration.Three decorative patterns:
1. Overglaze, it’s the process the decal made of pigment sticking on the chinaware surface and firing under high temperature.
2. In-glaze, it’s about the glaze is melting under high temperature and the paint infiltrated through the glaze, and the paint is covered by the glaze layer after cooling.
3. Underglaze,we finish the decorative pattern before glazing,and then do the process of firing.
Cheap ceramic dinnerwares are always made by the first decorative way.Overglaze chinaware may contain lead compound,it can be dissolved when the foods contains organic acid.So lead or cadmium goes into human body along with the foods.It’s harmful for our vitals like kidney,brain and liver,etc.Especially,it affects the intelligence development to children.
So how to distiguish the poor decorative way?It’s very simple,you just touch the chinaware surface and feel that it’s smooth and no rough feeling,then it’s good ceramic dinnerware.
